At Babe Essentials, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and responsibilities.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States and select international locations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination.


2. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days (or sooner), which includes order verification, packaging, and shipping. This applies to both standard and express shipping options.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date.


3. Shipping Fees & Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the volume, weight, and destination of your package. We strive to provide the most competitive shipping rates available.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier's system.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, Babe Essentials is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

  • If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at babeinfo@babeessentials.com. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, Babe Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.


7. International Shipping

  • International shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Babe Essentials is not responsible for customs delays.

  • Due to customs regulations, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.
