Shipping policy

Items are shipped directly from Florida. There is a shipping fee applied at checkout based on the volume and weight of your package. We try our best to apply the best possible shipping rate offered. It may take 5 to 7 business days for your items to be processed, packaged and shipped(or sometimes less). THIS INCLUDES ITEMS SHIPPPED VIA EXPRESS. If your item is back ordered you will be notified. Item(s) will only be shipped on business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). It is the buyer’s responsibility to give a correct address in order to receive the item(s). If item is already shipped with an incorrect address given, we will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen item(s). Once label with address is made, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. When item is shipped, House of Two Babes will not be responsible for stolen, or lost item(s). Should tracking information say that item(s) is delivered when it is not please notify IMMEDIATELY the SHIPPING SERVICES.
